Christian Johnson is a project manager and creative designer with experience in business logistics and operations. Christian possesses a strong background in education, special event planning, program development, politics, and mentorship. She currently works with the YWCA to empower women and eliminate racism through various advocacy programs and projects for women, girls, and marginalized and underrepresented communities around Columbus, Ohio. She is also the CEO and Founder of CNoelDesigns and the Business Manager for Broken English:101.

DeLayna Green is a previous Special Education teacher who worked for Columbus City Schools for 8 years. She is also a product of Columbus City Schools as well (CAHS c/o 2008). DeLayna was born in Toledo, Ohio, and raised in Columbus, Ohio, where she found her love for educating students and health and fitness. DeLayna received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Kentucky State University and her master’s in Special Education from Ohio State University. After teaching for 2 years, DeLayna noticed a greater need to close the education gap in order for students to excel in their studies and founded Layna’s Learning Circle.
